HOUSTON—Nationwide Graphics has sold a division, Argus Press of Niles, IL, to PGC Imagine Graphics. The deal was completed May 17. Argus Press was one of the facilities Nationwide acquired in the Premier Graphics deal earlier this year. The transaction enables Nationwide Graphics to focus on a more streamlined business model, according to company CEO Carl Norton. It is the second divestment of a Premier company for Nationwide, which also sold Saint Clair Press to HardingPoorman Group.
