DavCo Advertising has received its sixth Ryobi installation in the last 20 years, this time a four-color, 36" Ryobi 924 press with aqueous coater. The new press was installed in March at its 35,000-square-foot facility in Kinzers, PA, southeast of Lancaster.

G.F. Puhl Co. Building New Facility GALLATIN, TN—Construction is underway on a new 51,000-square-foot office and manufacturing complex for G.F. Puhl Co. Gregg Puhl, president, states that the new facility will improve manufacturing capacity and capability, and give additional storage space while providing a better work environment for office, technical service and manufacturing staffs. Puhl engineers and manufactures trim collection systems for the printing industry, folding carton corrugated box manufacturers and document destruction companies. Workers Say No to Union MONTREAL—An independent arbitrator has ruled there is no need to hold a re-run election for union representation at Quebecor World’s Covington, TN, facility, as requested by the Teamsters. The decision upholds a secret ballot election in which those employees opted against union representation. As part of the decision, it was ruled that Quebecor World’s conduct did not adhere to the neutrality provisions of the May 2005 Neutrality Agreement signed by the printer and Teamsters.
