SALT LAKE CITY—Business and marketing communications franchisor AlphaGraphics Inc., formerly owned by the UK-based GA Pindar & Son, has been purchased by an affiliate of Maryland-based private equity fund Blackstreet Capital Partners II.
AlphaGraphics recently held its annual conference, where its business centers were recognized for achieving record growth. With the theme, "Extreme Makeover: Sales and Marketing Edition," the conference, held at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago attracted over 480 franchise owners, employees and other professionals.
