The new company, now called Eastern Advertising Novelty powered by Proforma, will offer marketing services to include multimedia services, e-commerce Websites, commercial printing, mobile marketing, as well as other services, reported the Telegram & Gazette.

Hyde Brothers Printing, a long-standing Marietta, OH, commercial printer, has been acquired by Steve Flaughers, owner of Proforma 3rd Degree Marketing, and Dick Kulick, owner of Proforma Excalibur Business Solutions. The Proforma owners will extend the business’s offerings to include promotional items, multimedia services, branded apparel, mobile marketing, and Website design.

Linda Martinelli, who heads Proforma Graphic Printsource, is using her bovine affinity to compete for a possible berth in the Champions Tour Finale in Las Vegas that features a $500,000 purse. Well, Martinelli will compete in the form of her prized bull, named Proforma, which first must excel in the two-year-old champions class at the Champions Tour 1 in Orchard, TX (the event took place just as this issue was going to press).
