Rochester, NY-based printing and branding company Cooley Group said Tuesday that it would buy another Rochester printing firm, Proforma I.F. Printing Services.
With the acquisition, Cooley increases its staff size to 32. Besides its headquarters in Rochester, Cooley has locations in Rochester, Syracuse, Utica, Albany and the Hudson Valley.
