This year's Graphics of the Americas will be held Feb. 26 - 28, 2015, at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, FL. Esko, Konica Minolta, Mac Papers, MGI USA, Mutoh America, Nilpeter USA, Oki Data Americas, Perez Trading Co., Ricoh, RTA Digital representing HP and more have signed on for the 2015 show.
At Ricoh's 2014 SGIA Expo booth, visitors will experience wide-format and digital cutsheet devices and campaign management solutions that offer printers new applications, revenue streams and efficiencies. Solutions such as the Ricoh Pro L4160, Mimaki JFX200-2513 and the Ricoh Pro C5110s will be available for hands-on demonstrations.
A new line of Fiery digital print servers are now driving two new families of Ricoh digital presses. Making their debut this week at GRAPH EXPO 14 in Chicago, the EFI Fiery E-43A and E-83A DFEs drive the new Ricoh Pro C7100X series of production color printers, and the Fiery E-43 and E-83 DFEs drive the new Ricoh Pro C9100 series of production color systems.
I, like many others trying to fly to Chicago for this year’s GRAPH EXPO, had my Saturday morning flight cancelled due to an intentionally set fire at a nearby FAA radar facility. Most of the out-of-towners I spoke with were exhibitors, and some did note cases where their printer prospects and existing clients opted to skip GRAPH EXPO altogether after their flights were cancelled.

Ricoh Americas has introduced the Ricoh Pro C7100X series, its latest production cutsheet device family that offers a fifth-color station. The Ricoh Pro C7110X, printing at 90-pages-per-minute (ppm), will be on display in the Ricoh booth, #1931, at GRAPH EXPO 14 in Chicago, Sept. 28-Oct. 1, 2014.

Ricoh Americas and PriscoDigital LLC have signed a national distribution agreement, where PriscoDigital’s commercial print customers in the United States can now take advantage of Ricoh’s full line of cutsheet digital production print solutions.
The Ricoh Pro VC60000, the latest addition to Ricoh's production print inkjet portfolio, is capable of producing more than 100,000 letter images per hour and provides a function-rich total solution for customers new to digital color. This model joins several other offerings being announced by Ricoh in the lead-up to GRAPH EXPO 14 in Chicago, September 28-October 1, 2014.
