At Graph Expo 16, coming Sept. 25-28 to Orlando's Orange County Convention Center-North, Print Media Centr (PMC) will feature a robust lineup of expert panel presentations and special events that will take place in The Printerverse (booth #701). The Printerverse is a highly interactive 2,500-square-foot show floor feature providing "Printspiration, Information and Fun," where attendees are invited to come and connect with the topics, trends, and people who are moving the print-driven industries forward.
Graphco held an Open House for its new WD Manley Technology Center in Cleveland, from Aug. 30-31. The Open House featured a variety of technology, including the new eight-up RMGT Series 9 sheetfed offset printing press. Throughout the day, live demonstrations were run on the various technology stationed in the technology center and presentations from industry experts were given, exploring the future of the new print industry, sustainability of print, and color management.
To celebrate 40 years of serving the printing industry, Graphco will host a formal opening of its WD Manley Technology Center on Aug. 30-31, 2016. Headlining this inaugural event will be RMGT's Flagship 9 Series press featuring LED-UV curing, simultaneous plate changing, and SMART Insta.Color makeready technology. A complete line-up of prepress and finishing equipment will also be featured in live demonstrations throughout the two-day event.
Installed six months ago at Gosselin Graphics, the five-color RMGT 7 Series sheetfed features in-line UV coater.
The following is a sampling of just some of the new products that were featured at drupa 2016.
RMGT made a stop at Metzger’s Printing + Mailing in Toledo, Ohio, as part of its pre-drupa tour in May.
RMGT’s pre-drupa tour made Metzger’s Printing one of the final, and most important, stops on its nine-country, 13-city jaunt.
Held once every four years, drupa has historically been a bellwether of product development cycles.
Located in Cleveland, the WD Manley Technology Center is a 7,000-square-foot expansion of Graphco’s headquarters.
