R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company plans to offer $350 million of senior notes due 2024 in an underwritten public offering. The company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering, along with borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
A $250 million, multi-year agreement between Dex Media and R. R. Donnelley & Sons Co. renews and significantly expands their relationship through 2020. CHICAGO—RR Donnelley is looking to expand into Bloomington, IL, with a pilot program that would place a tech hub in the STL Technology Center. According to WMBD-TV 31, the project is awaiting two council approvals before it can move forward.

If Normal and Bloomington councils approve a request by the chamber to each give $75,000 to the pilot program, it could pave the way for 50 jobs.
