In an underwritten public offering, R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company plans to offer $350 million of senior notes due 2022. The company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to fund tender offers of its notes due in 2015, 2017 and 2018, and to pay premiums in connection with those tender offers.

R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company is increasing the aggregate maximum principal amount it is seeking in the tender offers for its 5.500 percent Notes due May 15, 2015, 6.125 percent Notes due January 15, 2017 and 7.25 percent Notes due May 15, 2018, from $350 million to $400 million.
RR Donnelley's new International Logistics Services facility, strategically located near Chicago O'Hare International Airport, will provide international mailing and parcel delivery services to retail, e-commerce, pharmaceutical, financial services, information technology, catalog, direct mail and other businesses.
Employees at RR Donnelley in Jefferson City (MO) arrived to work as usual Thursday morning, when they were told to attend a mandatory meeting.
"Within minutes two gentlemen walked in and they told us that our company was shutting their doors," one employee said.
JEFFERSON CITY, MO—RR Donnelley plans to close the former Von Hoffmann Press facility here by no later than Oct. 1, a number of media outlets reported. The move will leave roughly 500 employees without jobs.
A printing company plans to close its Jefferson City (MO) plant, which would lead to the expected loss of about 500 jobs in Missouri's capital city. Employees of RR Donnelley were informed of the plan during a meeting. The plant covers 700,000 square feet and has been operating on weekends and doing overtime work.
A company spokeswoman did not immediately return a call seeking comment Thursday, but news media reports indicate the closing is planned for Oct. 1.

Under the terms of its new expanded agreement with John Wiley & Sons, RR Donnelley will provide warehousing, distribution and fulfillment services for Wiley's North American professional development and research products.
