A man has been arrested for allegedly stealing about 140,000 pounds of copper-aluminum sheeting from the RR Donnelley Co. printing plant (Mattoon, IL) over a three-year period when he was employed there. Wallace K. Sanders, 55, of Westfield is suspected of stealing about $60,000 worth of the sheeting and then altering company records to try to hide the thefts.
The investigation revealed that Sanders worked alone during late-night and weekend shifts at the plant and on average loaded about 1,100 pounds of the metal sheeting each week onto his own vehicle and took it from the plant.

In Fitch’s view, more than 50 precent of R.R. Donnelley’s revenues face some degree of secular headwinds. Certain sub-segments may not recover or exhibit positive growth characteristics going forward. Fitch believes that continued pricing and volume pressure will challenge RRD’s ability to drive GDP-level organic revenue growth.
