Signature Offset is seeking donations of non-perishable food items, clothing and other items for the victims of the devastating and deadly flash floods that tore through Colorado last week. Donations are essential, as many people throughout the state are still unaccounted for, and many have have been displaced, including three of the company's employees.

Signature Offset said it will close its $3 million Jacksonville (FL) printing facility, which opened a year ago. Chief Operating Officer Cary Juvonen said the printing company, based in Boulder, decided to consolidate the Northside plant’s operations into its two Mississippi locations, due to “ongoing operational concerns.” It intends to keep most of its customers and half of its full-time employees, but Juvonen declined to provide additional information about the closure.

The plant at Alta Drive will serve customers in a radius of up to 300 miles, and the site proximity to major interstates was part of the company’s reason for moving to Jacksonville.
