SAN JOSE, CA—Southwest Offset Printing has signed a 10-year lease that will see it relocate from Redwood City, CA, to a 68,502-square-foot facility here, the San Jose Business Journal reported. The site was chosen to take advantage of various tax credits and deductions offered in the city's Enterprise Zone program. Southwest Offset, which employs about 100 people, plans to expand its roster by about 15 staff positions, according to the Business Journal. The company specializes in four-color printing of brochures, publications and catalogs.

The company is moving to a 68,502 square-foot facility at 587 Charcot in North San Jose. The deal was worked out through the San Jose Redevelopment Agency, the City of San Jose, AMB and Cornish and Carey Commercial.
