VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA—Mitchell Press has acquired Teldon Media Group, creating what the company termed the Pacific Northwest’s largest independently owned provider of heatset web offset printing services.

Mitchell Press has acquired Teldon Print Media, a division of Teldon Media Group that provides end-to-end printing services, including digital, sheetfed and web printing. The deal makes Mitchell the Pacific Northwest’s largest independently owned provider of heatset web printing services.

The 2012 Printing Impressions 400 list of the largest printing companies in the United States and Canada as ranked by annual sales.
