The Garvey Group has received its second installation of a high-volume EFI VUTEk inkjet press, a 3.2-meter HS100 Pro UV, at its suburban Milwaukee production facility. Operating at speeds of up to 100 boards/hr., the press is a true digital alternative to labor-intensive screen printing operations. Earlier this year, the company installed a VUTEk HS100 Pro press in its Los Angeles facility.

The Garvey Group has installed a new EFI VUTEk HS100 Pro UV inkjet press at its Los Angeles production facility. The new high-volume press gives The Garvey Group the increased capacity to meet growing entertainment and national retailer demand for premium, point-of-purchase (POP) signage, and strengthens its service capabilities in high-end indoor and outdoor promotional graphics for Hollywood TV and film studios.
The Garvey Group has acquired the wide-format printing division of Schawk Inc. The new facility will be rebranded as The Garvey Group West Large Format Facility, and will remain in Los Angeles.
