CARLSTADT, NJ—UNIMAC Graphics has received court approval to acquire New York-based TanaSeybert. A printing, mailing and fulfillment company, TanaSeybert had filed for bankruptcy. UNIMAC says it will benefit from TanaSeybert's interactive/online, out-of-home, specialty production and creative services capabilities.
TanaSeybert's array of printing and print-related capabilities, including mailing and fulfillment services, complement Unimac Graphics' large-format offset printing, heatset web and sheetfed printing, lenticular, holographic and hexachrome printing services.
