After 78 years of family ownership, Jim Motheral, president of Motheral Printing, announced that his company has been sold to Ovation Graphics. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Ovation also recently purchased Fort Worth's Branch-Smith Printing and is affiliated with Ussery Printing, of Irving, TX.

After 78 years of family ownership, Jim Motheral, president of Motheral Printing, announced the company has been sold to Ovation Graphics. Rapid changes in technology coupled with the lingering effects of the recession triggered the decision to sell. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Daniel Hanson, president of Ovation Graphics, has announced that Ovation, a privately-held company, has purchased substantially all of the business assets of Branch-Smith Printing. Terms of the asset acquisition were not disclosed. Ovation obtained the rights to the Branch-Smith name.

IRVING, TX—Ussery Printing, a 57-year-old integrated printing, marketing services and ad specialties company, has appointed Joe Trizza as president.
