Vecoplan, a worldwide leader in shredding technologies and complete recycling systems, has promoted Jeffery Queen to their newly created position of Chief Financial Officer. “Our tremendous growth over the last decade has made it advantageous to institute the position of CFO at our company,” states Len Beusse, Chief Operating Officer of Vecoplan “and the excellence of Jeff’s performance in his previous job, made him the obvious choice to fill the position.”
Vecoplan, a worldwide leader in shredding and recycling technology, celebrates their fortieth anniversary in 2009. Vecoplan was founded in 1969 in Bad Marienberg, Germany as a manufacturer of high quality wood chippers. In the early 1980’s, Vecoplan’s focus turned to the design and manufacture of innovative machinery for recycling a comprehensive range of materials.
Mike Campbell has joined Vecoplan, LLC as a Sales Manager in their Mobile Division. Campbell will be responsible for overseeing sales of Vecoplan’s Mobile Shredding Systems to the Document Destruction industry. Campbell will also work with the R&D engineering team, in the constant improvement of technologies for Vecoplan’s Shred Trucks and with the marketing department to introduce these innovations to the marketplace.
Vecoplan, LLC has appointed Richard Smallwood to the position of Sales Manager -Mobile Division. In addition to overseeing sales of mobile shredding systems, Smallwood will function as a liaison between the marketplace and Vecoplan, communicating changing and specialized customer needs to Vecoplan’s engineering R&D team. Smallwood will also work with the marketing department to introduce innovations in mobile technologies to the marketplace.
Frank Goss has been appointed to the position of Senior Service Technician at Vecoplan LLC, a worldwide leader in size reduction technologies. In his new position, Goss will be responsible for installations and start-ups of new machines and systems, as well as electrical service and maintenance on control panels, machines, and systems already in the field.
ARCDALE, NC—October 27, 2008—Jason Duncan has joined Vecoplan, LLC as a Project Engineer. Duncan, formerly a Manufacturing Engineer for a leading manufacturer of workstations, computer enclosures and furniture used in laboratories, brings 10 years of engineering experience to his new position at Vecoplan.
