Vistaprint’s revenue for the third quarter of FY2012 grew to $257.6 million, a 26 percent increase over revenue of $203.7 million in the same quarter a year ago. Its operating income was $7.8 million, a 69 percent decrease compared to $25.6 million in the same quarter a year ago.
