WF Capital, its parent, also filed a proposed plan of reorganization that provides for full payment to all creditors and the continuation of WorkflowOne’s business in the normal course. The company said that it will work expeditiously with its stakeholders to finalize, obtain court approval for and implement the plan of reorganization.
Workflow One calls itself one of North America’s largest providers of business documents and print-related services. The Dayton Daily News recently sat down with Dean Truitt, Workflow One president and chief executive, to talk about the company, its work and its future.
Q: Does it seem to you that the company has been relatively quiet?
A: “Well, we are a private company. We try to get the word out. I think we are probably less known in Dayton than others, although we have deep roots here.
DAYTON, OH—WorkflowOne, a provider of print management, marketing and distribution services, announced that Premier Purchasing Partners, the group purchasing unit of one of the largest health care alliances in the country, has agreed to a new contract.
WorkflowOne will provide document management services at special pricing and terms to Premier Purchasing Partners’ 2,400 member hospitals and nearly 70,000 other healthcare sites across the United States. “No one is better prepared to help Premier members reduce costs and gain efficiencies across their entire print lifecycle than WorkflowOne,” said Jeff Moder, healthcare vice president.

Workflow Management Inc. today announced the completion of its sale of United Envelope LLC and Freedom Graphic Services, Inc. to an entity controlled by Palm Beach Capital, a private equity firm based in Florida, for an undisclosed sum.
DAYTON, OH—WorkflowOne, which provides business process outsourcing services for print and promotional marketing, has signed a six-year, $40 million contract with health care provider Memorial Hermann. WorkflowOne will provide Memorial Hermann's 11 hospitals and numerous regional affiliates in Texas with forms, commercial printing, promotional products, warehousing, fulfillment and distribution, all managed by an onsite support team.
