The same webinar—titled “New Color Management Standards in 2012: How Will You Be Impacted?”—will held at 11:30 a.m. (EST) on both days to fit the schedule of interested participants.

X-Rite Inc. announced the appointment of Vic Stalam as senior vice president of sales and marketing, overseeing all sales, marketing and services activities for the Americas and EMEA regions, and serving on X-Rite’s senior leadership team as a corporate officer. Stalam will be based in Grand Rapids, MI, and report directly to Thomas J. Vacchiano, Jr., CEO of X-Rite.
Agfa Graphics announced that it will showcase the widest product portfolio at the company’s booth (#1227) at GRAPH EXPO 2011. Several wide-format inkjet systems will be running live at the show, including the new :Anapurna M1600, a 63˝ wide UV-curable, four-color printer that features white ink and Agfa’s flexible G2 inks.

Drupa 2008 has claim to the label, but calling this the Inkjet Graph Expo was even more apt because the technology accounted for much of the printing equipment running on the show floor. That's, of course, factoring in the large number of wide- and superwide/grand-format inkjet printers on display.
