While at an in-plant conference, In-plant Impressions Editor Bob Neubauer talked with a half dozen seasoned in-plant managers about their careers in the printing industry and why it has been such a fulfilling profession for them.

He spoke with Drew Burgering of Columbus State University; Blaine Gabriel of Ohio University; Paul Jones of the Montgomery County Board of County Commissioners; Roland Falana of Duke University; Teri Hellmann of North Carolina State University; and Steve Barrett of the University of North Carolina, Wilmington. Each reflected on his or her many years in the printing industry and what motivates them to stay in printing.
