Starting a business back in 1988, I came face-to-face with the biggest LIE in the history of small business. I bought into that lie for too many years, because other business owners and associates unknowingly repeated the lie. But I was frustrated fighting mistakes, employee miscommunication and the mess it created, and didn’t know how to stop it.
