Do you have a big thing you want to achieve this week?
It’s often easy to start the week off with good intentions. However, sometimes our plans get no further than good intentions.
There’s a simple way to make it more likely to achieve what you want this week.
Write down your goal
It has been proven that if you write something down you are more likely to commit to it. I write down my main goals at the beginning of every day. This way they stay in my mind. I am very aware if I have not progressed these goals.
Try writing your goals down on a weekly or daily basis: you may be surprised at the results for your productivity.
Here’s an important goal for you this week
