On this episode of the Week That Was, Mark Michelson wrote a commentary about last month’s PRINTING United Expo in Las Vegas and how the event helped to reunite and recharge the printing industry. While there, he was also able to conduct a video interview with Andy Paparozzi, chief economist at the Alliance, about the state of the industry and printers' capital investment plans for 2023.

In other news, The Bernard Group purchased four Agfa Jeti Tauro H3300 UHS LED-UV wide-format printers. The employee-owned visual merchandising provider serves many of the top retail brands. And finally, Paterson, New Jersey-based Accurate Box Co. installed a seven-color Koenig & Bauer Rapida 164 large-format sheetfed offset press, marking its third K&B press.
