On this episode of The Week That Was, Pittsburgh-based Heeter unveiled its $4M, expanded Digital Print Center, which is also home to the world's first installation of Ricoh's long-awaited RICOH Pro Z75 B2+ sheetfed inkjet press. In a 1:1 video, Tom Boyle  describes what drove Heeter's investment decisions.

We published profiles online of our two remaining 2022 "Innovator of the Year" honorees: Hudson Printing in Salt Lake City, and Fenske Media in Rapid City, South Dakota.

The latest Target Report discussed how direct mail printers are expanding nationally to help counter rising postal rates and lower USPS service delivery standards.

RRD also reported strong Q3 2022 financial results.
