Keith Sullivan, owner of Sull Graphics in Atlanta, describes his company's investment in workflow automation and process control. Its use of an existing MarcomCentral Web-to-print (W2P) solution has been enhanced with an Avanti Slingshot MIS package, which eliminates the need to rekey W2P jobs requiring estimating. Avanti Slingshot is also helping to automate the shop's invoicing, CRM, fulfillment and inventory control. Sull Graphics expanded into a facility double its previous size one year ago and installed a 40˝, five-color Komori Lithrone sheetfed press with coater and full automation. Its MIS software upgrades have helped to reduce bottlenecks, human touch points and turnaround times as the company continues to grow.
